This one- on- one 45 minute guided session is designed for beginners seeking gentle movement and mental quiet.

Movement that meets you where you are and evolves with who you’re becoming. 🦋

Through slow stretching, breath awareness, and intentional stillness, the nervous system is supported as the body returns to order- not by force, but by surrender.

Grounded in scripture, and held in reverence.

Sessions are held via Zoom.
